 All products and services are backed up with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated.  eBay items have no warranty unless otherwise stated.   

Purchased products are covered for 90 days against defective components, improper configuration, display issues, scanner range, keypad function, and radio connectivity or range issues.  Products are not covered for abuse or improper operation within the 90 day time period.  All warranty-covered issues must be reported within the 90 days and warrantee returns must have a RMA number.

All repairs, upgrades, or re-configured products are covered for 90 days. 

For repaired or upgraded equipment, repaired or replaced components are covered.  All other components are not covered.  Re-configured products are covered only for the re-configuration.  All repairs, upgrades, and re-configured equipment is not covered for abuse or improper use.
